Please read the return & exchange policy before submitting the request
At Nileton, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple, fair, and hassle-free.
Return & Exchange Eligibility :
- Timeframe: Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, undergarments are non-returnable unless defective.
Important Notes :
- Package Checking Inspection: Orders cannot be checked while the courier is present, but you can still return or exchange afterward if needed.
- Non-refundable Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Orders:
- Free Returns: Returning items is completely free — we’ll cover the cost of sending them back to us.
- Free shipping order : Shipping fees of 69 EGP will be deducted ( for sending the order to you )
- Partial Returns: The total order amount will be recalculated after deducting the returned items, and if the total order amount is less than the amount that is eligible for free shipping, then shipping fees of 69 EGP will be deducted ( for sending the order to you )
Exchange Orders:
- Exchange Shipping & Handling: A 69 EGP handling fee will apply to every exchange order.
- Promo Codes on Exchanges: Discount codes used on the original order cannot be applied again to the exchange order. The replacement items will be purchased at price before the promo codes.
- Our courier will bring your new items and collect the items you’re returning in the same visit — saving you time and effort.
- Exchange : Add More Items: You can add more items to the same exchange request if you wish.
How will I get my money back?
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via Nileton Website Wallet, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Wallet (no direct cash refunds).
- Credit / Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the original payment method usually it takes 5-7 working days to be reflected on your payment method
Return, Exchange and Cancelation Guide:
- Login to your account My Account Login
- Click on”Orders“
- Select your request type ( Refund, Exchange )
- Fill the required details and submit
For exchanges, the courier will deliver your new items and collect the old ones during the same visit — so you get your replacements instantly.
What happens next?
- There’s nothing else you need to do — we’re handling everything to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Our Courier will contact you within 2-5 working days for pickup
- Refunds are processed 3-5 days after pickup
How to Cancel an Order
If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need just to refuse the order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
- Login to your account My Account Login
- Click on “Orders“
- find the order and submit Cancel
